About Us

Walgreens, one of the largest pharmacy chains in the US, is seeking a dedicated Office Services Associate to join our team.

Job Summary

This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless operations within our stores. As an Office Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling cash transactions, maintaining store appearance, and supporting pharmacy functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to provide a positive experience.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately, handle returns, and maintain cash management procedures.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and inventory.
  • Pharmacy Support: Assist pharmacists with tasks such as data entry, prescription filling, and verification.
  • Inventory Management: Help manage inventory levels, receive shipments, and perform stock rotation.

Requirements:

  • PTCB Certification: Earn and maintain certification through the PTCB training program or state-required certification/registration.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Flexibility: Work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with store systems, equipment, and software to perform job duties efficiently.
