Maintenance Department Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Department Lead to join our team at Rivet House. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance department and ensuring the overall condition of the hotel, including building, equipment, and grounds.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the maintenance department, including supervising and providing guidance to maintenance workers.
- Perform maintenance and repairs, as well as preventative maintenance, to all areas of the hotel.
- Visually inspect public areas and the overall resort for cleanliness, appearance, and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and ensure the security of hotel inventory and assets.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all guest requests and practice chemical safety rules.
- Report any suspicious persons, activities, or hazardous conditions to the General Manager.
- Follow all Lost and Found protocols and maintain high standards of guest relations.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to foster collaboration and promote a positive team environment.
- Cultivate humility and transparency, creating a culture of ethical conduct.
- Lead with integrity, setting the example for health, safety, and cleanliness throughout the property.
