**Compensation Package**

Our competitive salary range for this role in New York is $174,000-$220,000, with a total cash compensation of $198,000-$250,000, including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage for you and 50% for your partner/spouse and dependents.

Additionally, we offer flexible paid time off and paid holidays, generous paid parental leave, short and long-term disability insurance, a company-provided laptop, remote-first culture, life insurance (100% company paid), and a 401(k) plan.

**Job Description**

We seek an experienced B2B marketer to spearhead our comprehensive marketing strategy, generating demand and driving acquisition and engagement across key industries. This role requires close collaboration with our Revenue team to accelerate the sales cycle and deepen engagement across multiple personas.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and implement a strategy to generate awareness amongst our target buyers in key industries and support the growth of our sales funnel

- Build out Pathstream's web presence and social media

- Develop and execute paid media and advertising campaigns that grow our MQLs and convert them to SQLs

- Support Sales in optimizing conference participation

- Develop and manage new co-marketing and channel partnerships

- Figure out our earned media and PR strategy

- Create compelling case studies and stories that showcase the business and human impact of Pathstream

- Optimize and build a B2B marketing team

- Manage an existing team of employees and contractors, and grow the team over time

- Develop and manage agency relationships, where needed

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- At least 10+ years of relevant experience as a B2B marketer, ideally in selling an early-stage product to Fortune 500 companies

- Strategic thinking and sufficient experience across a range of marketing domains

- Incredible storytelling skills, with the ability to flex between creating compelling business ROI case studies and crafting moving stories of users whose lives have been impacted by Pathstream

- Experience with leading marketing teams, but not afraid to dive in and get hands dirty where needed, especially in the early days

- Data savvy, slideware proficient, and experienced with a range of systems used by our teams (Hubspot, etc.)
