Salary: $35,000 - $40,000 per year

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mentorship Coordinator to join our team in Clearwater, FL. As a key member of our foster care program, you will work directly with at-risk youth in a day program/foster home setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage in activities with youth, take them on outings, help with schoolwork, and provide daily care and supervision.
  • Work Saturdays and Sundays, 7 am to 7 pm.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
