Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our information security strategy and ensure the protection of our company's most critical assets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing security teams, developing comprehensive security programs, and communicating complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Information Security Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy that aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of vigilance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management and Compliance:
    • Identify, assess, and manage risks to the organization's information assets, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Incident Response and Management:
    • Lead the development and execution of a robust incident response plan, ensuring timely and effective response to security breaches.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
