Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at the Children's Home Network. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services to youth in our residential and community-based programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver behavioral services campus-wide, including direct behavior therapy services to youth and RBT session observations and staff training.
  • Complete preference assessments, functional behavior assessments, and behavior intervention plans as qualified and assigned.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on youth cases as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation of the highest quality and consistent with agency standards, rules, and regulations, and Medicaid requirements.
  • Participate in meetings, supervisions, group supervisions, staffings, and trainings as needed.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certification.
  • Previous experience in writing and implementing behavior plans preferred.
  • Previous experience with at-risk youth preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and be results-oriented.

Physical and Environmental Conditions

  • Works within an office environment, drives to community locations for sessions, and works within residential campus activities, including youth cottages and other facility buildings.
  • High level of emotional discussions requiring self-awareness regarding loss/abuse issues and understanding of professional boundaries.
