About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RN Supervisor/Clinical Manager to join our team at American Care Partners in the District of Columbia. As a key member of our clinical leadership, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care and services in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional clinical leadership and oversight to ensure seamless execution of care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care services to medically fragile Pediatric & Adult patients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, clinicians, and other stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of Hospital nursing experience, preferably with home health experience.
  • A valid D.C license to practice as an LPN or RN, along with current CPR certification.
  • A Copy of updated PPD/Chest X-Ray.
Salary and Benefits

This is a highly competitive role offering an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, based on experience, plus excellent benefits including comprehensive health insurance, generous paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
