Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated LPN Medication Care Specialist to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing exceptional care and services.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications in a safe and organized manner
  • Document medication administration accurately
  • Provide resident care while upholding the highest standards of quality and compassion
Requirements
  • L.P.N., LVN or state-specific licensed nurse credential
  • In states where applicable, maintain certifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred
