As our Insurance Relationship Development Specialist, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.
Job OverviewThis role involves establishing customer relationships and following up with customers as needed. You will use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. A customer-focused, needs-based review process will be used to educate customers about insurance options.
Your responsibilities will include developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive various benefits and have growth potential within the agency.
Key Responsibilities- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Recommend, explain, and sell State Farm insurance products to leads.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
