About the Role
This position involves inspecting, repairing, and preparing vehicles to meet our stringent standards. You will work collaboratively with a skilled team to solve complex technical problems efficiently and effectively. By maintaining a clean, organized workspace, you will adhere to our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Inspecting and reconditioning vehicles to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Collaborating with colleagues to diagnose and repair various vehicle issues
- Maintaining a safe and organized workspace
- Meeting productivity and quality expectations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ year of experience in automotive repair or a related field
- Strong knowledge of engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and heating and air conditioning systems
- Valid driver's license and ASE certifications (as required by state law)
- Ability to lift heavy objects, walk, and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Benefits
