About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at IMA Financial Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic client relationships and risk management expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retain and expand existing client relationships through exceptional service and tailored business solutions.
  • Develop and execute individual business plans to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide expert advice to clients on risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services to clients.
  • Manage client accounts receivables and ensure timely payment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain expertise and provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with underwriters and other stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in their career development and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Network and build relationships with key industry professionals and influencers to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong risk management and insurance industry knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • State of residency Agent's and Broker's licenses and appropriate non-resident licenses as required.
  • College degree or CPCU preferred.
