We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our esteemed Central Resource Pool at Parham Doctors' Hospital. As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will have the opportunity to float throughout our facility's units, including ICUs, Telemetry Units, Medical/Surgical Units, and Behavioral Health, providing clinical and administrative support while creating and implementing personalized care plans for each patient.

Job Description:

As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist in our ICU Float Pool, you will:

  • Float throughout the facility's units to provide clinical and administrative support
  • Create and implement personalized care plans for each patient
  • Closely collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate unit activities and ensure accountability of assigned tasks
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions using computerized documentation systems
  • Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, including discharge planning needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • A minimum of three years of acute care experience with demonstrated competency in several specialty areas
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
