Enterprise Advertising Solutions Director

Salary:
The base compensation range for this role is $155,000 - $180,000 per year, not including variable pay.
About the Role:
This Enterprise Advertising Solutions Director will be responsible for managing sales cycles, closing advertising deals, and expanding existing customer relationships within the Demandbase customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience selling SaaS solutions and digital media to high-level executives, with a proven track record of consistent overachievement.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding marketing technology and Ad/Adtech personas to showcase how Demandbase's technology can be applied throughout a customer's sales and marketing operations.
Developing high-impact plans for adopting Demandbase's technology based on a thorough understanding of each customer's marketing and advertising strategies.
Managing strategic account planning and selling activities to drive expansion within existing accounts, including an understanding of customer budget across all channels.
Applying a consultative and value-based sales approach during customer engagements to uncover opportunities for customer success and ROI.
Supporting new logo AEs to drive ad spend and identify areas of opportunity within prospects.
Developing accurate forecasts and meticulously managing sales activity in CRM, ensuring seamless execution across various systems and channels.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5-7 years of direct sales experience in an outbound sales environment, consistently achieving high six- to seven-figure quotas.
Proven experience selling into Enterprise accounts, with a strong track record of delivering results in complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
Self-motivated and responsible individual who embodies the highest level of integrity and professionalism, representing the company with confidence and enthusiasm.
