Organizational Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Specialist to join our team at Evans Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic change management and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational development strategies to improve business performance and efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance on organizational design and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align organizational strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments and analysis to identify organizational challenges and areas for development.
- Design and implement organizational structures that support business goals and objectives.
- Oversee initiatives that address organizational challenges, support change management, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant experience; OR a Master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with facilitation, organization development, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work with little supervision and to support management, including executive levels.
- Strong organizational development and design experience.
- Stakeholder communication and facilitator experience.
- Strategic planning and advisory experience supporting organizational objectives.
- Experience working in a strategic organizational role and supporting leaders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong team building, coaching, and collaboration skills.
- FAA experience is highly preferred.
- Certification in leadership development or facilitation is a plus.
