About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Specialist to join our team at Evans Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic change management and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies to improve business performance and efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on organizational design and change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align organizational strategies with business objectives.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analysis to identify organizational challenges and areas for development.
  • Design and implement organizational structures that support business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee initiatives that address organizational challenges, support change management, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant experience; OR a Master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with facilitation, organization development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and to support management, including executive levels.
  • Strong organizational development and design experience.
  • Stakeholder communication and facilitator experience.
  • Strategic planning and advisory experience supporting organizational objectives.
  • Experience working in a strategic organizational role and supporting leaders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong team building, coaching, and collaboration skills.
  • FAA experience is highly preferred.
  • Certification in leadership development or facilitation is a plus.
