Maintenance Director

This is a critical role within CST Industries Inc, responsible for overseeing the maintenance function to ensure optimal equipment performance, efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, TPM, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring effective use of resources and minimizing costs.
- Implement and maintain a robust TPM program, including autonomous maintenance, predictive maintenance, and reliability-centered maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong background in TPM and leadership.
- Proven track record of success in managing maintenance teams and implementing maintenance strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
