**About the Job:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to serve as an Administrative Support Assistant in our office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, including making reservations and processing reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or higher plus 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
