We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in an outpatient setting. As a PT, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functionality.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patients' conditions, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, equipment, and procedures.
