Join Northern Light Health as a Staff Nurse and be part of a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to assigned patients, and for the supervision of other qualified staff to whom you have delegated patient care in the exercise of your independent judgment.
Responsibilities:- Provide safe and effective patient care by using best practices during hand off communication and when reporting patient care information.
- Recognize and respond to abnormal diagnostic data and report to appropriate providers.
- Develop and maintain a professional and personable relationship and appearance with patients/families and staff.
- Utilize theoretical knowledge base to operationalize care.
- Document patient care accurately and completely, reflecting adherence to hospital, regulatory and legal requirements.
- Required: Registered Nurse
- Required: BLS
- Must obtain ACLS and PALS within 6 months
- Required: High School Diploma/General Educational Development (GED)
