Job SummaryThis is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Autism Therapist - ABA Specialist to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients in various settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with children diagnosed with Autism, Down Syndrome, and related disorders.
The selected individual will be responsible for implementing ABA programs, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Additionally, they will supervise and train ABA therapists, ensure program effectiveness, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement ABA programs, including behavior support plans, and monitor progress through regular data collection and analysis.
- Supervise and train ABA therapists to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress, treatment plans, and program effectiveness.
- Communicate regularly with families and caregivers to ensure they understand the treatment plan and can implement strategies at home.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- BCBA certification and experience working with individuals with Autism, Down Syndrome, and related disorders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Competitive hourly rate: $55-$65/hour based on experience.
