Key Responsibilities:

As a Patient Services Representative, you will play a vital role in our revenue cycle team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and routing high-volume incoming phone calls
  • Supply ordering and management
  • Administrative tasks and support
  • Addressing caller's billing or insurance inquiries
  • Processing patient payments and overseeing incoming and outgoing mail
Work Environment:

This hybrid role is based out of our Tampa office, with alternating weeks spent in the office and working remotely. You will be part of a collaborative team environment, working closely with clinical and non-clinical staff to provide exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous phone experience (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of healthcare documents and patient care notes (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Computer proficiency and 45+ WPM typing
