Patient Services Coordinator

As a Patient Services Representative, you will play a vital role in our revenue cycle team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering and routing high-volume incoming phone calls
- Supply ordering and management
- Administrative tasks and support
- Addressing caller's billing or insurance inquiries
- Processing patient payments and overseeing incoming and outgoing mail
This hybrid role is based out of our Tampa office, with alternating weeks spent in the office and working remotely. You will be part of a collaborative team environment, working closely with clinical and non-clinical staff to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous phone experience (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of healthcare documents and patient care notes (preferred but not required)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Computer proficiency and 45+ WPM typing
