Job Title: Account Executive, Human ServicesJob Summary

Casebook PBC is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory plan to achieve revenue goals, generating sales leads, and building strong business relationships with nonprofit and government leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve revenue goals, including generating sales leads and following up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Establish strong business relationships with nonprofit and government leaders.
  • Develop sales opportunities into signed deals.
  • Monitor the market and maintain an awareness of competitor activity.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM.
  • Ability to travel approximately up to 10% of the time.
Qualifications
  • Dedication to the success of our customers.
  • Proven track record of success in nonprofit, government, or education sales, preferably in the human services/social services market.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally with high-level employees.
  • Team player with 2+ years of nonprofit or government sales experience.
  • Unrestricted access to a high-speed internet connection and a home office or dedicated workspace.
  • BA/BS or equivalent education and/or work experience.
