Casebook PBC is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory plan to achieve revenue goals, generating sales leads, and building strong business relationships with nonprofit and government leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve revenue goals, including generating sales leads and following up on marketing-generated leads.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Establish strong business relationships with nonprofit and government leaders.
- Develop sales opportunities into signed deals.
- Monitor the market and maintain an awareness of competitor activity.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Ability to travel approximately up to 10% of the time.
- Dedication to the success of our customers.
- Proven track record of success in nonprofit, government, or education sales, preferably in the human services/social services market.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally with high-level employees.
- Team player with 2+ years of nonprofit or government sales experience.
- Unrestricted access to a high-speed internet connection and a home office or dedicated workspace.
- BA/BS or equivalent education and/or work experience.
