We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Norton Medical Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate physician to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will have the chance to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex needs. Our practice sees over 4,000 patients annually, with a focus on conditions such as cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injuries, spina bifida, spasticity, and more.

As a Pediatric Rehabilitation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to participate in community outreach clinics, multidisciplinary clinics, and collaborate with pediatric subspecialties in all major disciplines. Our team is committed to delivering patient- and practitioner-focused care, with administrative and system support from advanced practice providers, licensed practical nurses, medical assistants, and scheduling teams.

In this role, you will also have the chance to participate in clinical research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in rehabilitation medicine. Our team is passionate about improving the function and quality of life for our patients and their families, and we are looking for someone who shares this commitment.

About the Position
  • Multi-member practice with active academic and clinical duties
  • Administrative and system support from advanced practice providers, licensed practical nurses, medical assistants, and scheduling teams

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, including the opportunity for bonus compensation, a signing bonus, relocation reimbursement, continuing medical education funds, licensure reimbursements, four weeks of paid vacation during the first year, and more.

Our five-day work week includes on-call coverage split among all providers. We believe in supporting our physicians and providing them with the resources they need to succeed.
