Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Assurance Professional to join our team at Cohen & Company. As a Senior Assurance Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assurance services to our closely held clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business and take responsibility for completing assigned tasks and meeting client deadlines.
  • Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients and maintain relationships with firm leadership.
  • Manage projects to ensure quality and timeliness, and effectively manage multiple engagements in a team environment.
  • Identify potential opportunities for new and/or expanded client services, and research and consult on various accounting matters.
  • Lead and review engagements to ensure high-quality results.
Qualifications
  • Experience working on clients in one or more of the following industries: automotive, technology & life science, manufacturing, distribution, real estate and construction, healthcare, professional services industries, etc.
  • 2-4 years of progressive audit experience in public accounting.
  • CPA license or working towards CPA required.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
