About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maternity Nurse to join our team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As a Maternity Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to maternity patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in maternity care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and communication.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Within 90 days of hire, National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
