Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at MASTERCOOL, INC. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management and recruitment, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
- Oversee the onboarding process, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.
- Administer compensation programs, including salary, bonuses, and incentives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable wage and hour laws.
- Performance Management:
- Establish performance expectations and goals for employees.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor employee development and career progression.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Gather feedback from employees and address their concerns.
- Promote a positive and supportive company culture.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Fluent in Spanish.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:
