About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic clients, building on existing relationships and initiating new ones to generate and qualify opportunities and promote Mastercard Services solutions to drive sales. This role requires strong networking skills, a high degree of confidence initiating contact with new prospects to generate and qualify leads, and the ability to take ownership of the sales process from prospecting to executing commercial contracts ensuring seamless and efficient sales cycles while driving urgency with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Lead both formal and informal pitches, delivering concise and persuasive materials tailored to the specific needs and level of the audience.

About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in business development and sales management. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably in professional services, software as a service (SaaS), data & analytics, loyalty and/or cybersecurity solutions. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management, Systems Engineering or related field is required, with an MBA or relevant post-graduate degree being preferred.

Compensation Package
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
