The Operations Vice President at GoTo Foods drives franchise operational excellence by collaborating with business unit leaders, supply chain, finance, legal, and information technology to deliver sales targets, brand health, and profitability. The role involves leading a team that provides ongoing support for franchisees, develops brand operational standards and policies, and maximizes the guest experience to drive traffic, sales, and profitability improvement for the brand.

The Operations Vice President works closely with the Chief Brand Officer, Vice President of Marketing, and senior leaders to define brand objectives and drive business and commercial performance. This involves translating group objectives into centralized operational priorities and plans to drive topline sales and commercial brand value for franchisees.

This role oversees the implementation of franchising operations strategy, operations standards, brand training, and operations technology. The Operations Vice President is also responsible for franchisee support and consulting, enforcement of brand standards, and the implementation of performance leadership tools and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field
  • 15+ years of relevant work experience, including 5 years of international operational experience
  • Quick service, multi-unit franchise operations, and/or hospitality industry experience required
