Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at PennState Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs to help patients develop or restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide individualized care and support.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and goals
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of employment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
