Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the opening and operation of our new Italian concept. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about food, hospitality, and leadership to grow professionally in a multi-concept setting.

Responsibilities
  • Train and mentor BOH staff to ensure seamless service
  • Oversee prep and production to maintain high-quality standards
  • Expedite service and ensure stations run smoothly during peak periods
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve as necessary to minimize disruptions
  • Order and manage inventory to optimize supply chain efficiency
Requirements
  • Possess strong organizational and leadership skills to direct and inspire a dynamic BOH team
  • Have advanced training in culinary operations and at least 2 years experience in BOH restaurant management
  • Be able to multitask, adapt to changing situations, and work well under pressure
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience, as well as health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off plan, dining discounts, 401k, and continuous development opportunities.
