Job Description:
The Clinical Caregiver provides essential patient care services, including assistance with hygiene, nutrition, and mobility, as directed by the Charge Nurse. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring vital signs and documenting patient information
- Maintaining a safe environment for patients
- Providing emotional support and comfort to residents
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful as a Clinical Caregiver, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- An active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain within six months
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
