Logistics Talent Acquisition Specialist

The ideal candidate is a charismatic and skilled talent acquisition professional with expertise in logistics and supply chain recruitment. They will be responsible for developing strategies to identify top talent, building strong relationships with candidates, and creating value that extends beyond the hiring process.
Our client is a reputable global air & freight transportation logistics company with a presence in Switzerland and a global footprint of over 50,000 employees worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a sourcing strategy to identify talent and build a strong candidate pipeline in the manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain industry.
- Solicit and screen candidates who fit open positions, leveraging internal recruiting resources to identify top talent.
- Facilitate the recruiting process, communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process from interview prep and scheduling to feedback, offers, and negotiations.
- Manage and maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system.
- Build a robust personal brand through networking efforts and rich working relationships with clients and candidates.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain industry, preferably with full-cycle experience.
- Strong ability to collaborate with hiring managers and adapt to changing industry trends.
- Able to manage a high volume of candidates and support a minimum of 5+ concurrent hires.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and ATS software.
- Ability to engage with talent and build professional relationships, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A highly competitive hourly rate of $$55-$65 per hour.
