Adecco USA is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Hybrid Recruiter Intermediate position located in either Richmond, VA or McLean, VA. This role is a great opportunity for a skilled recruiter to join our team and contribute to the success of our client. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for procurement and vendor management, with a strong focus on sourcing, administrative tasks, and building relationships with clients and candidates. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing recruiting services in accordance with our recruiting process, standards, and systems. They will also be expected to develop an effective sourcing strategy to provide a continuous flow of quality and quantity of candidates for the pipeline. The Hybrid Recruiter Intermediate will work closely with our client to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. The role requires a high level of initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures, with experience using tools such as Workday and Salesforce. * Sourcing and recruiting top talent for procurement and vendor management roles
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
* Providing recruiting services in accordance with our recruiting process, standards, and systems
* Developing an effective sourcing strategy to provide a continuous flow of quality and quantity of candidates for the pipeline
* Working closely with our client to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements

**Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Blended agency and corporate recruiting experience
* Personal initiative and ability to work independently
* Experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter
* Workday and Salesforce experience a plus but not required
