Dish Attendant

We are seeking an experienced Dish Attendant to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our back-of-house staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in our dishroom. This includes operating and monitoring our dishwashing machine, storing and sanitizing dishes, and adhering to health and safety protocols.

• Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized and stored properly.
• Operate the dishwashing machine efficiently, following standard operating procedures to ensure optimal performance.
• Sort and store dishes, glasses, and utensils in designated areas, labeling and dating items as necessary.
• Participate in deep cleaning tasks, such as scrubbing pots and pans, and sanitizing high-touch areas.
• Assist other team members with tasks as needed, demonstrating a collaborative and flexible attitude.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues with equipment to management promptly.

• No prior restaurant experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
• You must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and navigate a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Able to effectively communicate with colleagues and management, providing clear and concise feedback when necessary.

Our competitive salary for this role is $18.50 per hour, reflecting the importance we place on finding the right candidate. In addition to a fair hourly wage, you can expect:
