Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR initiatives and ensure alignment with our organizational objectives. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, knowledge of employment laws, and a proven track record in talent acquisition, retention, and employee relations.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify staffing needs, develop hiring strategies, and execute best practices for recruiting top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, handle disciplinary matters, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, monitoring and modifying policies as needed.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Develop and implement strategies to increase diversity, collect and analyze statistical data, and communicate progress to the leadership team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least five years of human resource management experience, including talent acquisition, retention, and employee relations.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification required.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $87,500 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including employer-paid health insurance, 5 days of PTO, 11 wellness days, and 10 paid holidays.
