ProActivate is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships, and expanding our presence in the cyber-security market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act independently to source and cultivate new prospective clients, with a focus on net new business.
  • Develop a pipeline of business equivalent to 3-4 times the annual quota through the pursuit of marketing leads, networking, partner referrals, personal contacts, and events.
  • Follow-up on all deal calls, meetings, or emails within 3 business days of activity.
  • Schedule appointments with prospective customers who are ready for sales conversations to understand their IT needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $100,000 per year paid semi-monthly.
  • Commission: 5% of monthly recurring revenue won paid monthly.
  • New sales totaling up to $100,000 cumulative monthly recurring revenue in the prior 12 months.
  • New sales beyond $100,000 cumulative monthly recurring revenue in the prior 12 months.
  • Total salary compensation at sales target.
  • Projected Year 1 Earnings: $171,250 ($100,000 salary + $71,250 commission).
  • Projected Year 2 Earnings: $239,500 ($100,000 salary + $139,500 commission).
  • 401K, including a 4% company match.
