• Develop expertise in uncovering customer needs and educate them on device and service solutions.
• Serve and sell to customers while providing a world-class experience and building loyalty through:

• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan.
• Approaching sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.

• Become skilled with digital tools in interactions and onboarding, demonstrating:
  • T-Mobile's ever-expanding coverage and lightning-fast LTE network.
  • T-Mobile plans and services that let customers live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected, and go further.

• Makes the most of your time on shift, seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
• Establish relationships with and partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment.
