Client Service Representative

At TIH Insurance, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide responsive service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Determine coverage and payout based on IRS guidelines, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of claims.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise information about their plan specifics, benefits, and any changes to their coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our organization.
- Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal partners.
- Able to utilize Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe, with a strong understanding of benefits and insurance concepts.
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Certification in benefits or insurance, such as a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
- Call center experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
