Machine Vision Senior Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team at Zebra. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth for our cutting-edge machine vision products.
Key Responsibilities- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving business needs, and providing strategic solutions using our machine vision products.
- Develop and execute sophisticated sales strategies tailored to high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex sales cycles, utilizing your experience to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
- Develop comprehensive account plans for key clients, outlining long-term objectives and strategies for sustained growth.
- Maintain a leadership position in understanding industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the machine vision sector.
- Leverage your market insights to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded.
- Collaborate closely with technical support and customer service teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of B2B technical sales experience in machine vision and/or fixed industrial scanning technology
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in one or more vertical markets (Transportations, Logistics, Distribution, or Warehousing) desired
- In-depth understanding of machine vision technologies and their applications
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic sales approach with the ability to demonstrate value to the customer
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Consistent achievement of sales targets and quotas
