Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Arrowhead Health and Rehab in Jonesboro, GA.

Job Description

This full-time position involves providing high-quality care to residents, focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs), such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care. The successful candidate will work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement resident care plans, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention and support.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to maintain confidentiality, and adhere to HIPAA regulations. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide total care for residents, including ADLs, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement resident care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical knowledge and skills
