We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate leader to join our team as a Branch Director in our Home Health department at VitalCaring, located in Sebring, FL.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $**120,000-$150,000**, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and disability insurance, a 401(k) program with company match, and generous paid time off.

Job Description:

The Branch Director will be responsible for fostering a culture of quality, teamwork, and patient care within the branch. This includes building a strong team by recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining talented individuals, championing quality outcomes through high standards for clinical quality and customer service, and managing the overall operations of the branch to achieve defined clinical, operational, and financial goals.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for empowering team members, and a commitment to delivering exceptional home health services. They will be solution-driven, execution-oriented, and responsive to urgent matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably within Home Health or Hospice.
  • Current RN License, valid state driver's license, and reliable transportation.
