Job Summary:

As a Clinical Healthcare Professional with HexaQuEST Health, Inc., you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of practice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic life support certification (BLS)

Work Schedule:

15:00:00 - 21:00:00

COVID testing requirements apply to unvaccinated associates. Vaccinated associates are exempt unless symptomatic or exposed to an outbreak. Results must be in hand and brought to the community. Agency employees may not work in the community until the negative result is received. An attestation confirming this initial negative result is not acceptable to begin.
