We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Consultant to join our team at LIV COMMUNITIES LLC. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to contribute their expertise in tax planning, preparation, and compliance.

About the Role

This senior-level position will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize financial performance
  • Prepare and review income tax returns, gift tax returns, and estate tax returns for individuals, trusts, limited liability companies, partnerships, and corporations
  • Assist with tax research and analysis, including the interpretation of tax laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to inform tax decisions
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field (MST preferred)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tax consulting, public accounting, or a related field
  • Licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent required
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in tax software and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$110,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience
