Job Description

Are you looking for a positive and stress-free work environment? We provide a great place to work at Romanow Building Services.

We are accepting applications for full and part-time janitors in Lansing, MI.

We need reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented workers who can perform various cleaning duties and maintenance tasks for our customers. Individuals must be physically capable of bending, climbing stairs, reaching, pushing/pulling, lifting, etc. This position starts at $13/hour with weekly pay.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license, excellent attendance & reliable transportation, pass a background and reference check, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, strong communication skills, positive and enthusiastic attitude, ability to lift 40 lbs, and ability to stand for long periods.

Primary Responsibilities

Maintain a healthy and clean environment using approved methods, chemicals & tools. Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash. Operate floor equipment such as auto floor scrubbers and vacuums. General cleaning of floors, furniture, windows, windowsills, and walls. Stocking and cleaning of restrooms, break rooms & janitor closets. Changing light bulbs. General snow removal from entrances as needed. Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
