Join Marriott International's luxury portfolio as a Dual Sales Executive and elevate the art of hospitality at our stunning properties worldwide. As a key member of our sales team, you will drive revenue growth by proactively soliciting new business opportunities and identifying share shift targets.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will leverage deployed account resources to pull-through business for identified hotels and grow account share. Your expertise in lead generation, negotiation skills, and creative selling abilities will help uncover new business opportunities and maximize special corporate business within represented markets.

In this role, you will work closely with property sales leaders, general managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective sales strategies are in place and that customers receive exceptional service. You will also participate in community and hotel networking events, visit neighborhood target and local small business accounts, and coordinate follow-up efforts.

We offer a competitive salary range of $63,000 to $80,000 annually, plus a bonus program, comprehensive health care benefits, 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, employee stock purchase plan at 15% discount, accrued paid time off (including sick leave where applicable), life insurance, group disability insurance, travel discounts, adoption assistance, paid parental leave, health savings account (except for positions based out of or performed in Hawaii), flexible spending accounts, tuition assistance, pre-tax commuter benefits, other life and work wellness benefits, and may include other incentives such as stock awards and deferred compensation plans.
