Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate applications into the final closing package
• Follow up on documents after closing
• Prepare the closed loan for shipment to the servicer/investor/government agencies
• Verify and input all accurate closing data

Requirements:

• A minimum of five years of closing experience
• Thorough knowledge of TRID guidelines
• Extensive knowledge of real estate and regulations, appraisal guidelines, and financial statements
