Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team and drive business growth. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and achieving sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Restaurant Managers and Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  • Manage staff performance, provide coaching and development opportunities, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control costs, manage budgets, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop and implement business plans, strategies, and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager with extensive knowledge of TGI Fridays recipes, policies, standards, theories, and successful results with past responsibilities.
  • Possess business acumen and ability to manage P&L, budgets, and financial projections and analysis.
  • Must be capable of performing all functions and meeting all qualification standards for all hourly positions.
  • Knowledge of P.O.S. system and the back office systems to fulfill management functions.
  • Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift.
  • Frequent bending and stooping required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to read and write English.
  • Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise.
