Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Crew Member. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring that every guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide personalized guest service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.
  2. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety and quality control standards.
  3. Assist guests with product knowledge and promotional information, providing accurate and timely responses.
  4. Perform primary and secondary position responsibilities, including preparing quality products and maintaining presentation standards.
  5. Attend all team member meetings, staying informed about company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks to meet service goals.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
Physical Abilities
  • Stand and walk constantly, with occasional sitting and lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to handle and lift objects, with frequent use of hands and fingers.
