Senior Software Engineer, Metropolis AI Workflow

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Metropolis AI Workflow team. As a key member of our team, you will design and develop accelerated streaming AI pipelines using computer vision and vision-language models. Your expertise in complex system design and development, as well as your passion for expanding your technical knowledge, will be invaluable in driving innovation and excellence in our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop accelerated streaming AI pipelines using computer vision and vision-language models
- Lead technical design discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Evaluate and test AI pipelines using Omniverse-based simulation, digital twin, and synthetic datasets
- Profile and optimize AI pipelines for scalability, reliability, and efficiency
- Participate in product development lifecycle with high standards for clear requirements, software quality, and performance
Requirements:
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of software development experience on Linux
- Complex system design and development using Python, C++ 14/17/20, and object-oriented programming
- Background in computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning technologies
- Strong analytical skills and proven success in problem-solving and achieving performance objectives
