Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team as a Medical Office Primary Care Provider. This role will involve assisting physicians and physician assistants in providing primary medical care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare materials and equipment for patient exams
  • Obtain patient history and vital signs
  • Provide direct patient care, including vaccinations and wound care
  • Collect and analyze patient specimens
  • Instruct patients on preventive care and medication management
  • Communicate with patients via phone to provide follow-up and test results
  • Perform organizational responsibilities to achieve practice goals
  • Meet meaningful use requirements and fulfill compliance responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days
  • Licensed Practical Nurse licensure
  • Basic medical knowledge and terminology
  • Computer skills and data entry
  • Skilled in obtaining accurate patient vitals
  • Vaccine administration and medication preparation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
  • Phlebotomy and EKG skills

Education:

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN Program

Work Environment:

  • 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts, 8:00am-5:30pm
  • Monday-Friday, rotating shifts

Salary Range:

  • $22.2500 - $41.3200 Hourly
