Key Responsibilities- Deliver advanced technical training to customers, service partners, and HP personnel on the operation, maintenance, and repair of HP Pagewide Web Presses and associated solutions.
- Develop and deliver training materials, including courseware, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and HP personnel on the use of HP Pagewide Web Presses and associated solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs and technical support strategies.
- Four-year or graduate degree in a related field, such as computer science, information systems, or engineering.
- 7-10 years of experience in technical instruction, technical support, or a related field.
- Proven ability to deliver technical training and provide technical support to customers and HP personnel.
