Job Summary

As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering advanced technical training to customers, service partners, and HP personnel on the operation, maintenance, and repair of HP Pagewide Web Presses and associated solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical instruction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced technical training to customers, service partners, and HP personnel on the operation, maintenance, and repair of HP Pagewide Web Presses and associated solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, including courseware, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and HP personnel on the use of HP Pagewide Web Presses and associated solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs and technical support strategies.
Requirements
  • Four-year or graduate degree in a related field, such as computer science, information systems, or engineering.
  • 7-10 years of experience in technical instruction, technical support, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to deliver technical training and provide technical support to customers and HP personnel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
